Contains details of publications and meetings concerned with science education - represents over 24,000 members.

Planet Science
(Formerly science year), this site is focused on students between the ages of 10 and 19. It aims at raising awareness of the subjects and careers that are underpinned by science and technology.

Sc1
Created by the Royal Society, the UK academy of science, as part of its Education programme. This site aims to give greater access to information about science and scientists, and to answer questions about how scientists work, what role science plays in modern society, and why scientific research is so important.

Learn Science in Dataloggerama
Provides information on data logging and data handling and includes reviews on equipment as well as providing examples of classroom experiments.

Association of Teachers’ Web sites
Provides external links to web sites that have been produced and maintained by teachers. They offer free teaching resources and learning materials, and cater for Primary and Secondary teachers, pupils and parents.

BBC Science
The BBC Science message boards contain many topical issues surrounding science.

Rough Science
A group of scientists are put on an island and presented with different challenges; provides scientific explanations of each challenge and how to recreate the activities in the classroom.
