The processes in nature are accompanied by changes in the properties of the participating substances. Processes that change only the physical properties of the participating substance or substances are called physical. There is no transformation of a substance into another during the physical processes. The change of water temperature may change its physical condition, but it will still remain water. There are processes in nature when some substances are transformed into others, thus changing their chemical properties. |
